NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY - TERMS & CONDITIONS
By submitting Deposits and/or payments to purchase an event or package, I certify that I have fully read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the NON-refund Policy and Liability Release. Modernique&Co dba Okap Escape reserves the right to withdraw any parts of the tour and make any necessary changes.
We will not reimburse guests for any personal expenses such as airline tickets, other travel or hotel expenses, nor provide any refund for any delay, change, cancellation, overbooking, strike, weather conditions, act of God, disease outbreak, or strike outside of Okap Escape organizers control. This includes lodging, meals, transportation, sightseeing, and activities.
Okap Escape cannot make exceptions to the NON refund policy for any reason including personal emergencies, unexpected weather, natural disasters, terrorism, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
In the event that I cancel, Okap Escape is not responsible for any loss incurred for travel costs. For this reason, Okap Escape strongly advises to purchase trip cancellation and interruption insurance to protect my travel investment. If I decline to purchase travel insurance, I understand that I am assuming all financial costs.
COMMITMENT TO ACT PRUDENTLY
You commit to act prudently and respectfully towards all participants and facilitators DURING THE WEEKEND EVENTS. You agree to be of sound mind before, during and after the events; this includes not being under the influence of any substance that affects your behavior (i.e. including but not limited to alcohol, drugs, etc.). You are responsible for your own actions no matter what state of mind you are in. You understand that any foolish, demeaning, negative, threatening or provocative behavior may result in you being asked to leave the event immediately. If you are asked to leave, you will not be provided a refund or transfer of any kind, for any reason.
MEDIA RELEASE
You agree to grant OKAP ESCAPE the irrevocable right and permission to use, throughout the world and in perpetuity, your image, likeness, photographs, video content, audio recordings or any other record of your participation at THE WEEKEND EVENTS, whether captured by you or us for any purpose, including commercial use, permission to use this recording on any of our platforms including but not limited to our websites, social media channels, or for any purpose whatsoever without asking your permission.
LIABILITY RELEASE
By booking and submitting payment, travelers voluntarily agree to participate on a trip arranged by Okap Escape with the knowledge that travels to foreign countries and/or remote areas visited by this trip involve numerous risks and dangers. I understand that standards such as accommodations, transport, medical service and other factors will not be maintained or operated to standards common in the United States.
By booking this trip, I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE AND ALL MINORS TRAVELING WITH ME AND ASSUME ALL OF THE ABOVE RISKS, INCLUDING BOTH THOSE KNOWN AND UNKNOWN TO ME. I HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS FOREVER Okap Escape, its owners, employees, shareholders, affiliated entities, employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, associates, volunteers, successors, and assigns from and against any liability, actions, causes of actions, debts, suits, claims and demands of any and every kind and nature whatsoever which I now have or which may hereafter arise out of or in connection with my tour or participation in the activities arranged for me by Okap Escape.
